Well for starters, just living in Granite Bay may be a dream for some people all itself. I sure as heck know that I enjoy it. The sense of community, the natural beauty of the landscape and the multitude of opportunities to explore and enjoy the area make it a unique and satisfying place to live. That said, having a Granite Bay dream home is pretty subjective and I think, something quite different.
For one person, having a Granite Bay dream home may mean a nice ranch home on a few acres of land. with rolling fields of green and horses making their way to and from the stables. For another, a Granite Bay dream home may mean a home in a gated community with a grand entrance and stunning view of the valley and the lake. Still another may picture their Granite Bay dream home as comfortable family home in a quiet neighborhood with parks, community involvement and phenomenal schools.
I think they are all dream homes. What makes a house a dream home isn't the architecture or landscape but the moments and the lives that are lived there. The hopes, the successes, the involvement and the dreams of parents, children and families alike. There are plenty of houses for sale out there, but for each of us there is only ever one dream home. It truly is where there the heart is.
When you are ready to find your very own Granite Bay dream home, make sure and give me a call or email. I live in mine and would love to help you find yours.
